Astrology - A new Instagram trend or a spiritual enigma?

Have you ever come across a reel that prompts, ‘Urgent Message for you by Angels’? Or various tarot card prediction reels? I’m sure we all have once. And if there’s a person who firmly doesn’t believe in all this, he might skip it. But most of us often get caught up in such reels and posts. Once in our lives, we all have read our horoscope predictions in the newspaper. These various predictions are what come under astrology.

Astrology is a method of predicting mundane events based upon the assumption that the celestial bodies—particularly the planets and the stars considered in their arbitrary combinations or configurations (called constellations)—in some way either determine or indicate changes in the sublunar world. In many religions, a person’s life prediction is based on how his stars align. Which is not life binding! Our fate can change according to the way we live our life. But the question here is, ‘Is Astrology just a new Instagram trend or a spiritual enigma?’

The answer to this question is not as easy as it might seem. People have varied beliefs. Some keep a blind faith in astrology whereas some don’t even like the sound of it. This means, that for some, it might seem just a way for people to gain views but for some, it might be intriguing. It’s a fact that many a time these predictions are right too. But having blind faith in it and not using a certain way of thinking isn’t the best option. So, it is up to you to take it as a popular trend or a spiritual guiding light in your life. Or maybe, you can make ends meet halfway by going into it but not blindly.
