A youth organization raising awareness on important topics and promoting confidence through spreading postiviity. Be Confident Organization recently hosted a mental health summer program to openly discuss mental health and build resillence. Through their sucessful goal of creating a postive environment, we decided to feature their slides as resource for those who are struggling. Slides created by Eleanor Hsu & Izabel Bacskai.
