TEENLINE
A crisis support line that helps teenagers via chat, email, text, or phone. TeenLine is specially aimed at teenagers, and their councelers are teenagers as well.
OREGON YOUTHLINE
A crisis support line that helps teenagers via chat, email, text, or phone. YouthLine is teen-to-teen, but adults are also available.
SAMHSA HOTLINE
A 'helpline' that provides refferals, support groups, and organizations for people that are going through a mental crisis and/or has a substance use disorder.
NATIONAL SUICIDE HOTLINE
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a 24/7 suicide prevention network with over 160 crisis centers across the United States. Anyone in suicide crises or mental discomfort can use it.
